Tapered Offset Site Dilator Kit

The Tapered Implant site dilators match the geometry of the Tapered surgical drills and are used to create or enlarge osteotomies in soft maxillary bone. These instruments compress the bone laterally rather than removing valuable bone from the surgical site, creating a more dense bone-to-implant interface. The kit includes the following dilator diameters: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 3.7mm, 4.1mm, 4.7mm and 5.4mm."
